I’m taking an approach of blogging free form this year. When I feel like I have something to share, or of interest to you, my dear readers
I wanted to share this video I made:
Donna, over at Perfume Smellin’ Things posted the next installment of her reviews of The Devilscent Project, including one of Esscentual Alchemy’s contributions. Esscentual Alchemy’s Devilscent Variations (musical pun there) are available by private request through the natural perfume website

I thought of this story a great deal in musical terms. Let’s face it, the Devil is an extremely complex character, and how best to translate that into scent? Have movements. My symphony for the Devil (yes, I had to go there
) had 3 movements, and a Coda.

Could this be a symphony for the devil?
Ellen Covey, of Olympic Orchids has been writing a comparison of some of the perfumes created for the project. You can find Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 on her blog.
This picture was sent to me by a customer, showing me what she had done with her dragonfly charm, that came in her package! I thought it was really cool
She put it on her terrarium that sits on her desk, so she can see it everyday!
If anyone else has done something creative with their dragonfly, I’d love to see pictures
Please feel free to post it on the Esscentual Alchemy facebook page. I’ll start a photo album!
Until tomorrow for Wordless Wednesday
Have an amazing day!

Ooh, that’s a great idea, I intend to create a terrarium, so I might suspend the dragonfly inside it.
I’d love to see a picture when you’re finished
